You can remember your friend or family member by creating an online memorial in his or her honor that can include an obituary, your personal reflections and memories, and a photo.  You may invite other friends and family members to post their memories as well. 

A donation to NMHA in honor of your loved one would be appreciated but is not necessary to create an online memorial.
