Lawrence "Larry" Peebles
April 3, 1941 - February 21, 2006

My father coped with bipolar disorder for more than 25 years. Educating yourself, family members, and friends, as well as finding a competent, compasionate physician, can alleviate many of the heartaches and fears associated with the disease. My father's disease did not cause his death, however, but only further enlightened and made us respect his continous determination, strength, and struggle towards finding his own inner peace and quality of life that so many of us are blessed with and so often take for granted on a daily basis.
