Ann Boughtin
Ann has worked in executive healthcare positions in the public and private sectors designing, implementing and managing health care businesses and services. Ann Boughtin has her MS and MPA from the State University of New York at Brockport. Currently, Ann is a Principal of Boughtin and Orndoff Consulting (www.boughtinandorndoff.com) focused on heath care systems management & interim executive leadership for Health Plans and Government.
Highlights of her career include:
- COO of CareGuide, a healthcare company providing specialty supports to people with complex medical conditions on behalf of national health insurers and TPA’s
- General Manager for a $455M unit of Magellan Health Services (MHS), the largest provider of behavioral managed care services in the nation.
- Director of Ambulatory Services for the New York State Office of Mental Health, where she worked as one of the 50 top executives of this $4B department.
- President, Board of Directors of the Mental Health Association of Middle Tennessee
- Principal consultant leading design and implementation of Medicaid managed care initiatives, change management and strategic planning.
